Weight-loss programmes

Many men and women suffer from unwanted weight gain due to a combination of reasons.  There are many health related problems associated with this, such as heart disease; diabetes; high blood pressure; pressure on joints and so on.  There is often a toll on your psychological health either directly or indirectly.  There is a way to lose the excess weight and it doesn’t involve a fad diet, and it should never threaten your state of health.

I have devised my own programme which combines scientific proven methods, with common sense and with a lot of support to help you see the programme through.  It is important for people who have invariably tried so hard to lose weight, to be in an environment where they do not feel judged or blamed.  This method is natural, simple, and achieves lasting results.  The advisor will do the analysis, planning and goal setting and you can focus on the manageable stepping stones toward a healthier and more fulfilling lifestyle.

Rehabilitation programmes

We can provide exercise prescription for home-use or under the supervision of a personal trainer.  You may choose a short course of sports massage alongside your programme to promote healing and recovery and your progress can be monitored by a professional.  For serious conditions or for injuries beyond the scope of our expertise, you will be referred on, and we can liaise with additional health professionals on your behalf if you so wish.

Other programmes

Personal programmes to address established obstacles preventing you moving on involve private and confidential discussions, looking at ways in which your daily activities and circumstances are impacting on your immediate and long term health.  For those who wish to make changes to their lifestyle, a plan is agreed between client and advisor and the advisor can offer solutions, support and follow-up to enable lasting and positive changes to be made.  Our programmes currently include: healthy eating; stress management; bodyfat reduction.
